Minneapolis, MN— “We’re an instant culture… But with prayer, things must be different,” says Reuben Hanson, director of The Upper Room. The Upper Room, located on the top floor of Liechty Hall, facilitates a safe, quiet space where students at North Central University can come to pray. The directors of The Upper Room have created an environment, away from the fast-paced, instant culture that so easily overwhelms, where students can spend time in intercession, corporate prayer, and engaging in their personal relationships with God.
